• Digital invitations and mini websites will be delivered to the email address provided within 48 hours after receiving the required information.

2. Customisation Process

• Each product includes one round of revision free of charge. Additional revisions will incur a fee of £20 per revision.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the customisation process. VelouriaLuxe is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect details provided.

3. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Usage License

• Products purchased from Velouria Luxe are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the digital files is strictly prohibited.

5. Delivery Timeline

• Orders are processed and delivered within 48 hours, subject to receiving complete and accurate information from the customer.
• Delays due to incomplete forms or incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility.
